
Our Lady of Hope’s
transition to
Pushpay
The staff at Our Lady of Hope are excited to share an important update about how we manage giving, communication, and parish records at Our Lady of Hope. To better serve our community, we are transitioning from GiveCentral, Flocknote, and PDS to a single, unified platform: Pushpay.
Why the Change?
Currently, we use multiple systems for online giving, communication, and parish records. This has presented challenges including ongoing maintenance, legacy applications no longer offering support, and rising costs to maintain outdated legacy systems. By transitioning to Pushpay, we will have a single, integrated system that enhances your experience and simplifies our church’s operations.
This transition also is a strategic move to set our organization ahead of the game in the church operations landscape as we continue in our new reality. The PushPay platform is used widely across our Archdiocese of Chicago.
Our Lady of Hope Mission will take a phased approach in our transition, and status updates on the progress of the transition will be provided frequently via bulletin, announcements, and email communications.

What is Asked of You - February / March 2025 (continued)

If you currently have a recurring donation set up in GiveCentral, you will need to re-register in Pushpay before March 31 to continue uninterrupted giving. Your GiveCentral history for 2025 will be migrated into your new profile in PushPay.

If you are an existing reoccurring e-giver on GiveCentral you will receive an email from PushPay the week of March 3, 2025 to set up your PushPay e-giving account, your existing frequency and amounts will be included in your unique email.
